Who is DCDC?
Dunlap Community Development Corporation (DCDC) was organized in 1991 as a not-for-profit business group.
Dunlap Community Development Corporation's (DCDC) purpose is to enhance the economic environment and improve the quality of life for its residents.
Our vision is that Dunlap be a vibrant and attractive location for residents, businesses and visitors.
Our mission is to be actively involved in the orderly development of Dunlap. Dunlap is a participating community in the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Iowa "Main Street" Program.
